QDo I need to bring my own cat food?

AWe feed our feline residents top quality Royal Canin dry food, with an extra bit of wet food at night before bedtime.  If your cat has special dietary requirements, please let us know.

QDoes my cat need to be vaccinated?

AYes.  Each cat must have up-to-date vaccinations before entering the cattery.

QWhat if cat needs medical attention while staying?

AWe monitor all our cats for signs of illness and if we feel a cat needs to be seen by a vet, we will contact you immediately.  If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, we will seek the services of one of the Vets at Cahill Animal Hospital.

QDo you administer medication?

AYes, we do. The cost for this service is $2 per cat per administration for topical and oral medications only (no injectable medications).

QHow much will it cost?

A$15 per cat per calendar date up to 30 days stay.
$25 for two cats (from same household) per calendar date up to 30 days stay.
Long stay (1 month +) and multi-cat rates available. Please get in touch to discuss.

QHow can I pay?

AWe offer cash and EFTPOs (no credit cards) payment prior and on drop-off. Payment via internet banking possible by prior arrangement.

QMy cat requires daily grooming - do you offer this service?

AYes, we do. The cost for daily grooming is $2 per cat per day.
